Our Story

After years of wandering through Bavarian beer halls, sipping stouts in Irish pubs, and uncovering hidden microbreweries in the cobblestone streets of Prague, we settled in the beautiful islands of Hawaii. For the past two decades, we’ve immersed ourselves in the local brewing scene, exploring the unique flavors and vibrant culture that make Hawaiian beers truly special.
